So it begins

The lovehandles has been creeping up on me lately, so now it is time to get the body on track again. A summer body for year 2026 would be neat! This page will be dedicated for tracking daily weight, steps and gym attendance. The goal here would be hitting the normal weight range according to the BMI scale. In my case as a 176cm long dude that would be a maximum weight of 78kg. So the target is now set 🎯, and it is time to execute.
